They bought the Rolls Royce SUV just because it has a special compartment for an umbrella.
How did they become this rich? According to them, their gateway to wealth was when they became contractors for the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH). Sen. Jinggoy Estrada said Monday he wants Sarah to name her contacts in the DPWH.

Discaya is among the individuals called out to face the probe regarding the alleged anomalous flood control projects that involved multi-billion in amount. Her husband owns Pasig-based St. Gerrard Construction General Contractor Development Corp. and she was listed as the president of Alpha and Omega Gen. Contractor & Development Corp. St. Timothy Construction Corp.
