Jeric Raval previously confirmed that Aljur Abrenica and AJ Raval have two children now, and this is his relationship with the younger actor.
Ever since Aljur Abrenica and AJ Raval went public with their relationship, the actress’ father, Jeric Raval, has expressed no objections. He clarified that he has nothing against Aljur—except for one concern: his father-in-law, who also happens to be his close friend. Jeric was referring to Robin Padilla, the father of Aljur’s former wife, Kylie Padilla.
In the previous years, Aljur and AJ were hounded with rumors of having a child together. They have repeatedly denied having a child. To recall, in 2024, Aljur denied the rumors about having children with AJ, which was the same as the actress who quipped, at that time, that she was not pregnant every year to dismiss the allegations.
However, over the weekend, the truth came from AJ’s father directly. In an interview, Jeric revealed that AJ and Aljur have two children. They are already raising two children together, a boy and a girl. The boy is already a year and two months old, while the girl is now nine months old.
In the same interview, Jeric was asked about his relationship with his daughter’s partner, and according to him, they have quite a good relationship. Jeric shared, “Ang relasyon namin para kaming mag-barkada.”
Meanwhile, as a grandfather, he expressed that he is playful, especially towards his grandsons. He has 15 grandchildren, and some were in Canada. He also refuted new speculations about his daughter being pregnant again.
Jeric recently won the best supporting actor award for his role in the biopic “Mamay” at the 73rd FAMAS Awards.
