Kapamilya star Robi Domingo expressed his loyalty to ABS-CBN as he renewed his contract with his home network.
Robi started his showbiz career through the Kapamilya reality show Pinoy Big Brother. It was a full circle for him when he became one of the show’s hosts years after he became a housemate.
His hosting career flourished and his home network continues to trust his ability. Robi has another career milestone just recently.

The Kapamilya host’s contract signing was held at the Dolphy Theater. Robi Domingo has already in its 17th year in the entertainment industry and all these years were spent in ABS-CBN.
The TV host said he could not imagine that it was already that long since his day one in showbiz. During the contract signing event, he recalled seeing her fellow PBB housemate Ejay Falcon.
In their batch in 2008, Ejay was the big winner, while Robi was the second runner-up. “I saw our former Big Winner Ejay Falcon so it reminded me of what happened during our batch. Grabe andami na nangyari sa buhay natin but we always come back to that moment when we were housemates inside the Big Brother house back in 2008,” he said.
Robi added that this brought so much joy to them. Now, they are playing different roles in life, but their memories of that time will always be there.
When it comes to loyalty, Robi Domingo said that it is beyond work. “Not just in my line of work, but also personal. Especially when I got married, loyalty is one of the things that I value,” the TV host.

Robi also mentioned that his personal beliefs and ABS-CBN’s values continue to be aligned, and this is a huge factor for him to be loyal.
“To me, all the more reason that you become loyal is because you believe in the values of what you’re part of… To stay with ABS-CBN is one thing but to believe in its core and its commitment to be in the service of the Filipino is another,” he said.
Robi also shared that he sees this kind of passion from Kapamilya stars who remained with the network even after it was ordered to shut down and the pandemic came.
