Belle Mariano has a new project outside of her loveteam with Donny Pangilinan
Kapamilya actress Belle Mariano shared her reaction after knowing that her new acting project would not include her onscreen partner Donny Pangilinan.
Belle and Donny’s tandem is known as DonBelle. Together, they have done various acting and endorsement projects. They are considered among the top loveteams of their generation.
However, for Belle’s upcoming project, she would not be paired with Donny. She was chosen to be part of the new Star Cinema movie Meet, Greet, & Bye.
The movie will feature Kapamilya actors Piolo Pascual, Joshua Garcia, Juan Karlos, and Diamond Star Maricel Soriano.
In a recent interview, based on the article in Bandera, Belle Mariano talked about her new acting project. The actress admitted that since this is her first time doing a project outside the DonBelle loveteam, she felt nervous.
“I feel like this one since it’s far different from the previous ones I’ve done. Yun nga, it’s my first project outside of a love team, siyempre may takot at first kasi nga I’m so used to working with Donny,” the actress said.
However, she believes that this is a good opportunity for her to show her versatility. Although she loves working with Donny, this new project is something different from what she and her onscreen partner have done before.
“I want to grow, I’m always open to growth, and I’m always open to learning more,” she added.
For Donny, the next project that he will do is the series titled Roja with Kyle Echarri, Maymay Entrata, Raymond Bagatsing, Joel Torre, Janice De Belen, and Lorna Tolentino.
Belle Mariano shared that she and Donny Pangilinan have been vocal about their willingness to support each other and champion each other when it comes to their respective careers. It does not matter if it is with each other or not.
