Carmina Villarroel reacted to the post shared by Ashley Ortega
Kapuso actress Ashley Ortega received a comment from the mother of her boyfriend actor Mavy Legaspi, seasoned actress-host Carmina Villarroel.
In February this year, Ashley confirmed her relationship with Mavy, which had been going on for weeks since their photos together in Cebu circulated online. From that, the Kapuso couple became more open about their relationship.
Previously, Ashley shared the treatment she received from the parents of her boyfriend. The young actress said that Carmina Villarroel and Zoren Legaspi are “mabait.”
Ashley Ortaga also shared in an interview last May that Mavy Legaspi shared that his parents were watching Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition, as she was one of the housemates.
Mavy was also chosen as one of the Kapuso hosts. Then, Ashley shared that she really appreciated the treatment that she received from Carmina after she left of PBB house. Carmina hugged Ashley after she was evicted.
In a recent Instagram post, Ashley shared a teaser of her makeup look for the GMA Gala. “Dripping in glam, wrapped in calm. I’ll see you at the #GMAGala2025,” she wrote in the caption of her post.
The annual Kapuso event was held on Saturday, August 2. This has been GMA’s effort for several years now to raise funds for the Kapuso Foundation.
Carmina commented on Ashley’s post. “Ganda! Effortless [fire emoji],” the seasoned actress-host wrote. The younger actress replied to this with, “@mina_villarroel mana sayo tita [red heart emoji].”
Meanwhile, in an interview last month, Ashley talked about being in love with Mavy, who is younger than her. She said that she and Mavy never had a fight or argument based on jealousy.
The actress said that her boyfriend is mature and consistent. She also highlighted the genuine care she receives from the actor.
