In an interview, Daniel Padilla talks about what he’s saving for and handling his businesses.
“Supreme Idol” Daniel Padilla has been handling several businesses, and this is what he said about his current life.
One of the most popular and influential actors in the Philippines is Daniel Padilla. He rose to fame through teen-oriented shows like Growing Up and became big in the industry after he was paired with superstar Kathryn Bernardo. Their love team became a massive cultural phenomenon.

In late 2023, his breakup with Kathryn made headlines and stirred a lot of public emotion and opinion. Amid the loud buzz and rumors, the two of them went on with their individual careers, and one of Daniel’s first projects after the split was “Incognito.” It was a highly successful series.
Apart from his projects, he was also busy with his businesses. He and his mother, Karla Estrada, opened a KFC fast food restaurant in Tacloban in 2022. He co-owns J Castles Theme Park in Batangas, which was launched in 2024, and there were reports about him co-owning a branch of Spice Grill, a Filipino restaurant in Dubai, U.A.E.
When it comes to business, he believes that he still needs to learn a lot, but if there’s one significant learning he now knows is that it should be being hands-on. This is the number one rule for him. Despite his hectic schedule, he always makes time to check up on his businesses from time to time.
As much as we all know, he earned his money from his endorsements and projects as an actor. He has been learning to manage his finances, and as someone who is 30 years old now, he is also thinking about and considering his future.
When asked if what he is saving for, he expressed, “Personally, wala na akong hihilingin pa. I’m just preparing for my future, for my family.”
