Yen Santos ventures into vlogging
Actress Yen Santos made an announcement through an Instagram Story that she will be having her own YouTube channel.
Vlogging or content creation has been the second job of many celebrities in the Philippines. Many showbiz personalities have launched their YouTube channel where they have vlog-style content.
Through their YouTube channels, they show the behind-the-scenes of their various projects. Some would share their travel vlogs, family adventures, and basically anything under the sun.
In some instances, celebrities’ YouTube channels feature interview setups like the channels of TV hosts Luis Manzano and Toni Gonzaga.
The recent addition to the list of celebrity vloggers is Yen Santos. In her recent IG Story, she announced that her YT channel launch will be on July 23, 2025. As of this writing, Yen has not yet uploaded any videos on her YouTube channel, and she hasn’t shared yet what content she will feature.
Meanwhile, before announcing her own YouTube channel, Yen’s showbiz comeback was announced last May. To recall, she took a break from the entertainment industry and somehow had her social media hiatus after she was linked to Kapuso actor Paolo Contis.
They became a couple after working together in the 2021 movie A Faraway Land. Their relationship was low-key as they chose not to share details about this. However, they received a massive amount of bashing because at that time, Paolo was with actress LJ Reyes. Late last year, rumors that Yen and Paolo had broken up circulated on social media.
Just recently, Yen Santos became a trending topic on social media when her old photos with Bacolod Congressman Albee Benitez circulated online. This was in line with the rumored relationship between the politician and some showbiz personalities like Kapamilya actress Ivana Alawi.
