A video of a little boy being rescued circulated online.
A heart-stopping moment of a little boy being swept away by strong floodwaters was recorded and shared online.
Severe Tropical Storm Crising (international name Wipha) and the enhanced southwest monsoon have left several parts of the country drenched and submerged in massive floodwaters.

Over the weekend, parts of Metro Manila were flooded, which led to road closures. In Baguio City, a big boulder rolled down a residential area and crushed a house and a car. No one was injured, but a pet dog tied in its cage was run over, which led to its death.
Recently, as the rains continue and people face the effects of bad weather, a video from Ison Site, De Gloria Extension, Barangay Batasan Hills, was taken on July 21 and emerged online. It was a video of a little boy being swept away by strong flood waters down the road, which is still under construction.
As seen in the recording, the little child was running and passed an area where a strong current also passed by. He slipped, and with his small body, the water easily swept him away, and in seconds, he was down the construction road.
A man saw this heartstopping moment and quickly jumped to rescue and save the child. According to a report, the child was rescued by a neighbor. Other residents also came to help save the child.
