Judy Ann Santos fully embraces who she is
A-list actress Judy Ann Santos does not mind if she does not have her college degree and here’s the reason behind this.
Juday started her acting career at a young age. From being a child star, she became a teen star who starred on one of the most iconic teleseryes in the Philippines, Mara Clara.
With her acting prowess, she was hailed as one of the drama queens of her generation. Several decades later, she remained relevant.
In a recent interview, based on the article in ABS-CBN News, Judy Ann Santos talked about turning 50. She said that she is excited about this because she wants to see how her outlook on life is going to be.
“And at the same time, alam ko ‘yung pakiramdam na ngayon at 47, I don’t feel like it. And thank you sa mga nagsasabing I don’t look like it,” she shared.
For her, it was just a notion when people were younger that they would look so different when they turned 50 or 60. Juday said that she is more confident now that she is older. It is because she does not care anymore what other people will say and what is happening around. All she cares fr now is herself, her happiness, and her family.
The actress also said that when it comes to age, she knows that reaching 50 years old would mean that she is more mature. She would be able to navigate life better, and she’s excited to see her kids grow up.
“Siguro, if you have children, apart from the thing that you love most about your life, is seeing your children grow up and be the best versions of themselves. Ako, I’m actually excited to see the best version of myself,” she shared.
Judy Ann Santos also said that she does not really care what other people may say because she knows who she is and she knows what she is doing.
The actress added that she does not need to pretend that she is an intelligent person or a “kolehiyala.” She learned to embrace her imperfections in so many ways.
“I embraced myself in a way na hindi man ako nakapagtapos or hindi ako nakapag-college, it’s okay because it was my decision to work,” she said. Juday does not care if she was not able to have certain properties or a big house because other things make her happy, and this is how she is.
