Ivana Alawi and Dan Fernandez’s past issues resurfaced
Someone close to actress Ivana Alawi denied the rumor that she had a child with actor-politician Dan Fernandez.
It has been years since rumors linking Ivana and Dan surfaced but this was recalled just recently because netizens noticed the similar closet they have, based on the photos and videos that surfaced online.
Then, it was also noticed by the online community that Ivana and Dan also had similar kitchens.
Following that issue, the rumor that Ivana Alawi and Dan Fernandez had a child resurfaced. It was one of the recent topics that veteran showbiz insider Cristy Fermin discussed on her showbiz talk show with Romel Chika.
Cristy shared that rumor has it that Ivana gave birth in the US and it allegedly happened five or six years ago. The showbiz insider pointed out that if this is true, then, Ivana was just in her early 20s at that time.
However, in an article by entertainment writer Salve Asis in Pilipino Star Ngayon, she shared that a source close to Ivana debunked this allegation.
“Ayon sa source, pakiramdam daw nila ay nag-iingay lang ang kampo ng ex ni Ivana para makapag-comeback sa showbiz matapos matalo noong nakaraang eleksyon. Kumakalat ngayon na diumano ay nanganak si Ivana sa Amerika noong sila pa ng dating kongresista,” the entertainment writer shared.
The source chose not to give more details but it was said that Ivana Alawi does not care anymore about this rumor because the actress is now in love. However, the source did not reveal the current man in Ivana’s life.
Meanwhile, aside from Dan Fernandez, the online community also talked about Ivana’s alleged romantic affair with Bacolod City Representative Albee Benitez. This came after Albee’s wife filed a VAWC complaint, with the allegation that Albee and Ivana had an illicit affair. The court sided with the businessman-politician.
