Kyline Alcantara still respects Kobe Paras
Kapuso actress Kyline Alcantara revealed why she remained silent amid the breakup issue between her and basketball player Kobe Paras.
Kyline and Kobe’s relationship was among those celebrity relationships that were well publicized on social media but weren’t directly discussed in interviews.
After many sightings of them, Kobe confirmed that they were dating. The actress was not that indulgent in sharing details of their relationship. Then, the breakup rumors surfaced online. Kobe was photographed with a woman in Bali.
Some photos showed that the basketball player was walking with a woman, and they were holding each other’s hands. Just recently, Kobe Paras was spotted with another woman at a mall.
In a recent interview, based on the article in the Inquirer, Kylie Alcantara revealed why she chose not to speak about her breakup issue with the basketball player. “I didn’t speak up because I still have respect for him as a person, despite everything that happened. And to all the people who hurt me, I will always show them grace,” the Kapuso actress explained.
However, she said that even though their relationship did not work out, for her, it was a beautiful experience. She felt happy and loved, but they were just two different people. Kyline said that there’s nothing wrong with that. She learned a lot of lessons in that relationship, and she will treasure what she has experienced and the achievements that she and Kobe had when they were together.
On the other hand, Kyline admitted that at first, there was bitterness, but she is now focused on moving forward. The actress shared her takeaway from what happened. “Knowing your boundaries and having self-respect, these two are the important things I learned from that relationship,” the Kapuso star said.
