Vina Morales was one of the celebrities who were thankful to the Kapamilya network
Singer-actress Vina Morales expressed gratitude to ABS-CBN for her career in the entertainment industry.
Vina started her career in showbiz at a young age. Eventually, she became a household name. She did various acting projects and concerts in the Philippines and abroad.
Vina also ventured into theater and found her spot there. Just like many celebrities, she also had her humble beginning.

She was one of the celebrities who joined the Kapamilya Forever: Tahanan Natin ang Isa’t Isa event that was held inside the ABS-CBN compound on July 9.
It was the last time for artists, especially the Kapamilyas and those whose lives were touched by the network, to have one last photo opportunity with the iconic ABS-CBN tower.
During the event, Kapamilya shows were shown all day long, such as Maria Flordeluna, Agua Bendita, Nasaan Ka, Elisa?, Nasaan Ka Nang Kailangan Kita, Born For You, and Precious Hearts Romances presents Araw Gabi.
Vina Morales was also a regular performer on the Kapamilya Sunday musical variety show ASAP. She did this stint for more than two decades.
Before becoming an actress, Vina first rose to fame in the field of music. She started her music career when she was 8 years old. That was the time when she won the 1986 Cebu Pop Music Festival.
From that, she has released more than a dozen recording albums and has won multiple singing awards. Most of her years in the entertainment industry were spent under ABS-CBN.
Through her social media post, she expressed gratitude for their home network for many years. “Huling Pagpupugay sa Kapamilya Historic Tower. I’m so thankful and grateful for all the years I’ve worked with ABS-CBN, dalawang dekada na pala! What a journey it has been,” she said.
Vina also said that she was happy to see the Kapamilya bosses, celebrities, and employees together before the iconic tower was demolished. Although this saddened her, the actress-singer said that she was happy and proud that she became part of this historic network for many years. “Maraming maraming Salamat po Kapamilya,” Vina Morales wrote in her post.
