Ogie Diaz shared his thoughts on the issue involving Fyang Smith
Pinoy Big Brother Gen 11 Big Winner Fyang Smith has been a trending topic on social media these past few weeks, and this received a reaction from talent manager-vlogger Ogie Diaz.
It was because netizens have been very vocal about criticizing her supposed attitude, which was caught on video, just like what she said about her PBB batch. She said that no one can defeat their batch.
She was called out by Kapuso comedienne-host Pokwang and reminded the young celebrity to be humble, which did not sit well with the fans. The comedienne-host revealed that she and her daughter Malia received threats from Fyang’s fans.
This was followed by her viral video when she rubbed her “laway” on the face of her former fellow housemate Dingdong Bahan while he was speaking on stage.
Then, netizens also shared videos of Fyang Smith’s supposed “rude attitude.” Amid this issue, Ogie Diaz also shared his thoughts on the recent episode of his YouTube showbiz talk show titled Showbiz Update.
Ogie shared his unsolicited advice. He said that Fyang should think that not because she showed that “realness” inside the Pinoy Big Brother house, she should also do the same in the outside world.
“Hindi lahat ng pagpapakatotoo ay tanggap ng mga tao. Pag nakalabas na tayo sa bahay ni Kuya medyo nag-iiba na tayo ng direksyon hindi porke ganun ka kakalog sa loob ay tatanggapin kang ganun [sa labas]. Sana konting renda at isipin mo pa rin na iniidolo ka ng mga kabataan,” the talent manager-vlogger stressed.
Ogie Diaz also stressed that not all big winners became big celebrities after their stint in the Kapamilya reality show. To recall, Pokwang also stressed that she had seen big winners before who are no longer in the entertainment industry now.
