Shuvee Etrata shared what happened to her siblings in Cebu
Kapuso star Shuvee Etrata revealed that her eight siblings were evicted from their grandfather’s house while she was inside the Pinoy Big Brother house.
Shuvee was chosen as one of the official housemates of PBB Celebrity Collab Edition. This season featured stars from the Kapamilya and Kapuso networks. Even the houseguests were from both networks.
Shuvee and her partner Kapamilya singer Klarisse de Guzman in the reality show were among the most-loved housmates of this season. When the ShuKla duo was evicted, many fans and even celebrities showed support for them.
In a recent interview, based on the article in PEP, Shuvee Etrata revealed that something happened to her siblings when she was still inside the PBB house and she only found out about this when she was evicted.
“Pinaalis na po kasi kami doon. Nangyari siya nung nandoon ako sa PBB [House] kaya siguro ganito akong magsalita ngayon kasi last week ko lang nalaman. Parang isang araw lang sa utak ko. Nasa loob ako ng PBB nung pinaalis sila ng lolo ko sa bahay kasi hindi po sa amin yun talaga, sa lolo namin,” the Kapuso star said.
However, Shuvee said that her siblings are okay now and they are staying in Polomolok, South Cotabato. Her siblings are staying with her uncle and their grandmother on her father’s side.
“Yung isa ko pong lola sa father side, nandoon na po lahat ang mga kapatid ko, so ngayon medyo okay yung buhay nila doon ngayon. Hindi na isang kahig isang tuka,” she shared, adding that they are helping each other. Shuvee is also grateful for PBB that somehow boosted her popularity.
In the same interview, she also mentioned that her relationship with her parents is now okay and this is because of PBB. Shuvee Etrata shared that she learned a lot from her experience in the PBB house and she became a better person. “I forgave my dad. I found forgiveness really in my heart. And then now, it’s time to [make] bawi,” she said.
