TV host Willie Revillame is expected to return after an unfortunate fate in the midterm polls.
After failing to secure a spot in the Senate during the midterm polls, Willie Revillame comes back to TV5 with two programs.
TV host Willie Revillame was prompted to run for Senator after seeing how often educated politicians bickered, and he wanted to bring someone with a ‘good heart’ to the Senate.
Revillame ran as an independent candidate with a promise to draft laws for the poor people. He said, “Ang napapanood ng mahihirap na tao ay puro away. Parang sabi ko it’s about time na gumawa naman ako ng paraan para sa mga mahihirap kong kababayan.”
In the final result of the midterm elections, Revillame unfortunately did not make it to the Magic 12. He landed in the 22nd spot with more than 8.5 million votes.

After Revillame’s failure, he is returning to TV5, and this will happen accordingly before the year ends. His show Wowowin will return, and no longer Wil To Win. He will also be having two programs on the network called Wilyonaryo, which will air back-to-back with Wowowin.
After the election, he is busy with the building of his world-class hotel in his resort in Puerto Galera and with his upcoming TV comeback.
