Veteran Columnist Lolit Solis Gets Candid About Her Hospital Anxiety Experience
LOLIT SOLIS – Veteran entertainment columnist and talent manager Lolit Solis revealed on Instagram that she experienced an unexpected anxiety attack during her hospital stay.
Lolit Solis recently revealed on Instagram her emotional ordeal while being confined at the FEU Hospital. According to her post, she suffered an anxiety attack during her stay—a moment she candidly admitted was unexpected and deeply unsettling.
“Talagang hindi ko akalain at my age dun pa ako mako-confined at magkakasakit. Nagkaruon nga tuloy ako ng anxiety attack dahil hindi ko akalain na at my age mahihiga ako sa hospital bed,” Lolit wrote, expressing her disbelief over experiencing such health issues at this point in her life.
She went on to describe the disorientation she felt every morning upon waking up in the unfamiliar hospital room. “Every time I wake up in the morning, shock ako na nasa ibang kuwarto ako… parang at a lost ako tuwing gigising. Pag umaga parang hinahanap ko ‘yung magulong kuwarto ko,” she shared, painting a vivid picture of her emotional confusion.
Hospitalization was a new and uncomfortable experience for her. Lolit confessed, “Ang hirap pala ng maysakit. Hopeless, helpless, weak ka. Para bang hindi mo alam where and what to do,” even admitting that the experience often made her feel like crying.
Despite the physical and emotional struggle, she found solace in the compassionate care provided by the FEU Hospital medical team. “SALAMAT sa staffs ng FEU Hospital dahil napaka caring nila… Talagang spoiled patient ang feeling ko,” she gratefully noted.
In the midst of her health scare, Lolit turned to her faith for strength and understanding. “Pero alam mo naman si GOD, alam niya when or where ibibigay sa iyo ang mga bagay. So grateful na ngayon older na ako nangyari ito. Meron na ako ng pasensiya at wisdom na tanggapin mga bagay.”
Concluding her heartfelt message, Lolit looked forward to recovery and rejoining the world she cherishes. “Wishing na sana gumaling ako agad at maging active uli. I love life. I love my works. I love my friends.”
