Baron Geisler is proud of his work in Incognito
Kapamilya actor Baron Geisler expressed happiness for his hard work in the Kapamilya primetime action-drama series Incognito.
Baron has been doing various roles over the years. In his recent acting project, he played the role of a soldier alongside Daniel Padilla, Richard Gutierrez, Ian Veneracion, Anthony Jennings, Maris Racal, and Kaila Estrada.
It is his first time playing a good character. Just recently a media conference for the series finale.
“Yes it’s my first time playing a good guy, and it’s quite challenging kasi sabi nga nila direk Lester (Pimentel) sa akin, na-master ko na yung mga crazy characters (laughs),” Baron Geisler said.
He said that playing a good character is different, and he should make sure that it is not boring. “So kailangan tama yung timpla and buti na lang we have great writers to make each character interesting,” he added.
For Baron, his character hits home because he is a recovering alcoholic. It is known to many showbiz fans that the actor went through a tough time in his life and career because of alcohol.
Fortunately, he was able to bounce back and was given a chance to do acting projects. He was grateful to ABS-CBN and Star Creatives for giving him the opportunity to be part of Incognito.
“I will cherish this for the rest of my life. Sana nga magka-season two,” Baron said. He also said that this project and the people he worked with helped him a lot.
“Una, natapos ko na hindi ako nagkalat!” the actor said while laughing. He added that this is the first show that he can be proud of because he would go to set sober, and for him, this was liberating.
Baron Geisler said that it was addictive to feel that kind of feeling. “So I’ll be reaching for that goal every show, every movie dapat ganun ang mangyari and tuloy tuloy na,” the actor said.
