Aga Muhlach is a proud father of Atasha Muhlach
Award-winning actor Aga Muhlach shared his thoughts on the first acting project of his daughter Atasha Muhlach.
Atasha started her career in the entertainment industry through the longest-running noontime show Eat Bulaga in September 2023. More than a year after she started her hosting stint, she was given a big acting break.
She was chosen to be the lead actress in the Pinoy series adaptation of Bad Genius, a hit Thai movie. In a previous interview, Atasha admitted that she was challenged by this project.
In an Instagram post, Aga Muhlach expressed how proud he is of his daughter. The seasoned actor could not believe that Atasha Muhlach now has her first acting job, and this made him a bit sentimental.
“I know all the hard work you have poured in from the day you started in Eat Bulaga with all your dance prods and doing a daily show ain’t no joke . But you did it,” the proud father said.
Aga said that this is because Atasha really wanted this, and she can now take a bow for this milestone. The actor also thanked the Eat Bulaga Dabarkads for showing love for Atasha. And that’s because you really wanted to. Take a bow. Sa dabarkads
Aga highlighted that Atasha is very special to him and parents could understand what he feels. “Let me tell you [Atasha] how proud I am of you! You know that!” he said.
Then, he gave pieces of advice to his daughter. He said that Atasha should always remember to give her best in every project that she does, whether her performance is commendable or not, and whether people will like it or not.
Aga Muhlach also reminded his daughter to do good and be kind to all the people she works with. He also expressed that he is proud of his son Andres Muhlach who also started acting through the series Ang Mutya ng Section E.
“Proud of you both. Good luck and kapit lang. It can get rough. But God’s got your backs. Have fun! Congratulations!!! Your proud dad here,” Aga said.
