SHUVEE ETRATA – Ex-PBB housemate and rising Sparkle star Shuvee Etrata opened up about the emotional challenges she faced during her stay in the Pinoy Big Brother house.
Former Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition housemate Shuvee Etrata recently opened up about her experiences inside the famous Bahay ni Kuya. Alongside fellow evictee Klarisse De Guzman, Shuvee returned to the PBB house as a challenger before finally stepping out again and reflecting on her stay.
During her guest appearance on Unang Hirit, Shuvee shared her personal discoveries and growth while inside the PBB house. When asked by host Suzi Entrata about what she learned about herself, Shuvee answered, “Mas naging attached ako sa self ko sa loob ng bahay because everybody is vulnerable.” This deep sense of emotional connection became a defining part of her journey.

The Cebuana beauty admitted that adjusting during her first week wasn’t easy. “After one month po ako pumasok, so hirap na hirap ako mag-fit in. I was trying so hard, parang transferee. Hirap na hirap po akong mag-adjust. Pero nu’ng first week, may walls talaga ako hanggang sa ni-loosen-up ko because of Ate Klang, Esnyr,” she shared, referring to fellow housemates Klarisse and Esnyr who helped her feel more at home.
Shuvee credited Klarisse, Esnyr, and Vince Maristela as her comfort people inside the house. “And then, naging totoo na ‘ko. Wala na akong pakialam, and they loved me for who I am,” she added with a smile.

Responding to actress Shaira Diaz’s praise about her positive influence inside the house, Shuvee emphasized her goal to uplift others. “It’s just that gusto ko lang talaga na i-shine ‘yung light ko sa bawat housemate and tina-try ko talaga siya, pero mahirap talaga sa loob ng Bahay ni Kuya. Mabigat, everyday, laging may umiiyak, parang ganu’n siya na feeling,” she explained.
According to the report, Shuvee concluded by saying, “So, it’s the least thing you could do sa house, make them happy, stay positive, pray for them.” Her heartfelt words captured the emotional weight of life in the PBB house and the importance of positivity and connection.
