Marvin Agustin had a simple life before he became an actor
Actor-entrepreneur Marvin Agustin recalled the jobs he had before he entered the entertainment industry.
Marvin found success as one of the most popular actors in the 90s. He was in a loveteam partnership with actress Jolina Magdangal. Together they did several successful projects on TV and in movies.
Before becoming a celebrity, Marvin had a simple life. Based on the article in Bandera, the actor recalled what his life was like before becoming a celebrity. He shared in his Instagram post several throwback photos when he was working at a restaurant in 1995.
“Grabe this was 1995, TIA MARIA’S Mexican Restaurant days! Dito ako natuto respetuhin at mahalin ang kahit na anong klaseng trabaho. Dito all around kami kasi mahina ang benta namin nun,” Marvin said.
The actor shared that back then, they had to do several responsibilities in the restaurant because of the low profit. He had to do different jobs in the restaurant.
“I remember in a day ikot ang mga responsibilidad namin, WAITER, Bar Tender, Kitchen Help, Cashier, minsan Sekyu or Janitor, Local Store Marketing. LAHAT! Hahaha,” the actor revealed.
Marvin also shared that he learned a lot of valuable lessons that he went through in his life. With this, he shared a piece of advice to his social media followers.
“Kaya LABAN LANG NG LABAN. Walang makakatalo sa taong ayaw magpatalo!” Marvin said. This post that Marvn shared garnered different reactions from netizens.
