Gas Stations to Impose Mixed Oil Price Adjustments for Tuesday (June 3, 2025)

Mixed Oil Price Adjustments to Take effect on Tuesday (June 3, 2025)

FUEL PRICE UPDATE – Various gasoline stations in the country are set to impose mixed oil price adjustments this week.

Starting Tuesday, June 3, 2025, Filipino motorists should prepare for changes in fuel prices. Several oil companies have announced that prices for gasoline and diesel will increase, while kerosene will see a slight decrease.

Starting at 6:00 a.m., most fuel stations will adjust their pump prices. Gasoline will go up by P0.40 per liter, and diesel will increase by P0.30 per liter. On the other hand, kerosene will be cheaper by P0.10 per liter.

Cleanfuel will implement these changes later in the day, at 4:01 p.m., and like Petro Gazz, it does not carry kerosene.

The latest adjustments come just a week after a small increase in gasoline prices and rollbacks for diesel and kerosene. Last week, gasoline went up by P0.10, while diesel dropped by P0.20, and kerosene saw a P0.40 decrease.

According to the Department of Energy’s Oil Industry Management Bureau, this week’s price changes reflect a mix of international factors. These include possible new sanctions on Russia by the U.S., easing trade issues between the U.S. and the European Union, and the expected rise in global oil production by July.

These developments have influenced global fuel prices, which local companies monitor closely.

Major companies like Shell, Seaoil, Caltex, Cleanfuel, and Petro Gazz have already released their advisories. Other fuel providers have yet to announce whether they will follow the same adjustments.

Motorists are encouraged to check prices before heading to gas stations, especially with the ongoing changes in the global oil market. Keeping track of fuel trends can help in planning travel and budgeting more effectively.
