Daisy Reyes was mentioned in this complaint against Albee Benitez
Newly elected Bacolod City Representative Albee Benitez became a trending topic on social media because of the VAWC complaint filed by his estranged wife Nikki Benitez.
Based on the complaint affidavit, Nikki said that even though there had been rumors about Albee’s infidelity, she had no solid proof. It was said that the businessman-politician admitted what he committed after he filed a petition to nullify their marriage.
Nikki claimed that Albee fathered two illegitimate children. Allegedly one of these was the daughter of actress Andrea del Rosario. In an interview 9 months ago, Andrea said that her daughter’s father was just around but she did not want to talk about him.
Aside from Andrea del Rosario, Nikki Benitez also mentioned in her complaint affidavit that Albee Benitez is the father of Gabrielle Lauren Garcia Reyes, the daughter of Daisy Reyes. The birth certificate was stated as evidence.
In a Reddit post, a netizen recalled a PEP article in 2019 in which it was stated that Gabrielle was Daisy’s daughter with her former husband, Indian businessman Raza Igqbal. However, upon searching “Daisy Reyes daughter” on the internet, the answer would be ‘Gabrielle Lauren Benitez.”
With this, the netizen asked, “Kailan naging Benitez?” Gabrielle is also using the last name “Benitez” in her social media profile. Years ago, Daisy even had a birthday post for her daughter and it was tagged to “Gabrielle Benitez.”
Prior to this, netizens talked about Nikki Benitez’s complaint affidavit as she mentioned Kapamilya actress Ivana Alawi who was linked to Albee Benitez last year after they were spotted together at the airport. The actress denied this and simply said that it was just a business trip. As of this writing, people involved in this issue haven’t released their statements yet.
