Netizens reacted negatively to the decision of celebrity couple Maja Salvador Rambo Nunez not to show the face of their baby to the public.
Maja and Rambo welcomed their first bundle of joy last year. However, they are not like other celebrity couples who openly showed to the public the face of their daughter Maria.
In a recent interview, Maja and Rambo shared the reason for this. They want to maintain the privacy of their baby with the anticipation that she might not want to be in showbiz when she grows up.
The couple knew that social media can be a toxic environment. That toxicity was displayed in a social media post shared by showbiz news site PEP. It was a post about Maja and Rambo’s statement about their baby.
Rambo shared this post on his Instagram Story stating that in the comment section, her daughter received a bashing. “So many disrespectful people in the comments section. And the main reason why we keep our daughter private,” he said.
Rambo added that these people said that they don’t care but their comments said otherwise. “So to those people, I dare you to say it straight to my face if you see me!” the husband of Maja Salvador said.
He also called out PEP saying that he hoped that the showbiz news site would not tolerate this kind of bullying online in its comment section. Rambo pointed out that this is unacceptable.“To my friends, kindly take note of these people!” Rambo Nunez added.
Previously, Maja Salvador mentioned that there had been endorsement offers for her daughter. However, she declined these because of their decision for their daughter’s privacy.
