LTO Says Yanna Motovlog’s License Suspension Stays Until She Turned Over Her Motorcycle

LTO announced that Yanna Motovlog’s license suspension will remain until she turned over her motorcycle.

The Land Transportation Office (LTO) announced that vlogger Yanna Motovlog won’t be getting her driver’s license back anytime soon. The license remains suspended until she turns over the motorcycle used in the viral road rage incident in Zambales.

On Friday (May 23, 2025), Yanna appeared at the LTO Central Office to personally collect the resolution tied to her case. The document outlines penalties, including a P2,000 fine for reckless driving and P5,000 for riding a motorcycle without side mirrors.

During the meeting, LTO’s Intelligence and Investigation Division explained to Yanna that the agency suspects the motorcycle is unregistered, as it was seen in the video without a license plate. Because of this, she is required to surrender the vehicle to the LTO office in Quezon City. Until then, the suspension of her driver’s license remains in place.

Yanna also addressed her absence in previous hearings, saying she had security concerns and had instead sent a legal representative on her behalf. While she received the official resolution, she did not settle the fines at that time.

The agency stressed that road safety is a top priority, and traffic laws must be followed by all motorists regardless of status or social media following. Turning over the motorcycle is a necessary to resolve the case.

LTO Chief, Assistant Secretary Atty. Vigor D. Mendoza II also reminded the public that reckless behavior on the road can lead to serious consequences, especially when safety equipment like side mirrors is ignored.

“Maliwanag ang bilin ng ating Pangulo na tiyakin ang kaligtasan ng lahat ng road users. Wala tayong palalampasin dito,” said Asec Mendoza.
