LTO Suspends Yanna Motovlog’s License & Fines Her P7k

LTO Penalizes Yanna Motovlog Over Viral Road Rage Video in Zambales

The Land Transportation Office (LTO) penalized the popular motovlogger ‘Yanna Motovlog’ over viral road rage in Zambales.

On Wednesday (May 21, 2025), LTO suspends the motovlogger’s driver’s license and imposed a P7,000 fine after the viral road rage in Zambales.

The agency reviewed the footage from the video Yanna posted herself. In it, she was seen overtaking a pickup truck in a risky manner, all while riding a motorcycle without side mirrors.

These actions prompted the LTO to charge her with multiple violations, including reckless driving and operating a vehicle without proper equipment.

Yanna was found guilty of the first two offenses. However, she was cleared of a third charge related to the lack of number plates, as she confirmed she did not own the motorcycle she was using.

Despite this, her license was still suspended until she hands over the motorcycle for inspection, as required by the LTO.

Authorities also criticized Yanna for not appearing during the investigation and for not complying with earlier orders. Her actions, according to the agency, showed a lack of respect for regulations and the legal process.

The LTO also warned that if she is caught driving while her license is suspended, she could face more serious consequences. Law enforcement has been instructed to seize the motorcycle and its license plate once found.

“This noncompliance not only violates the instructions mandated by this Office but also demonstrates outright disrespect for established legal procedures and regulatory enforcement. The failure to appear as ordered underscores a lack of regard for due process, accountability, and the authority vested in this Office,” the decision read.

The LTO stressed that as a public figure, especially one with a large online following, she should be setting a better example rather than promoting dangerous behavior on the road.

Despite her later apology, her refusal to take down the video was also seen as irresponsible.
