Jericho Rosales Slams Fake Facebook Account
JERICHO ROSALES – Filipino actor Jericho Rosales issued a fierce warning to an online impostor using his name and photo.
Jericho Rosales has issued a strong warning to an individual operating a fake Facebook account using his name and photo. On May 15, the former matinee idol took to Instagram to publicly call out the impersonator, urging them to delete the fake profile before the situation worsens.
In his post, Rosales didn’t mince words. Sharing a screenshot of the account in question, he expressed clear frustration over the unauthorized use of his identity. “We don’t know who you are, but we know what you want,” Jericho wrote, echoing a line from the film Taken. He continued, “We do have a very particular set of skills we have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make us a nightmare for people like you.”

The message carried a serious tone, warning the individual behind the fake profile that action would be taken if the account wasn’t removed. “We will look for you, and we will find you. But if you take this down FAKE ACCOUNT, we will not pursue you and that will be the end of it,” he wrote, clearly referencing the consequences of impersonation online.
The post quickly went viral, with fans and followers supporting the actor and condemning the misuse of his identity. Many netizens praised Jericho for standing up against online fraud, a growing concern for celebrities and public figures.

Impersonation on social media remains a widespread issue, with fake accounts often being used for scams or misleading activities. Jericho Rosales’ decisive stand highlights the importance of vigilance and the need for stricter monitoring on online platforms.
As of now, the status of the fake account remains unclear, but Rosales’ message serves as a stern reminder: impersonating someone—especially a well-known public figure—can have real-world consequences.
