In a birthday greeting posted online, actress Ruffa Gutierrez shared some sweet moments she had with boyfriend Herbert Bautista.
The relationship between Ruffa Gutierrez and former Quezon City Mayor Herbert Bautista has puzzled many for a time, but last year, in an interview, the actress-beauty queen finally admitted it.
Ruffa revealed her relationship with Herbert, saying it has always been serious. In an interview with Karen Davila, she revealed it with her daughters beside her. She then went on to share that their first date was with Lorin and Venice.
One of the best things about their relationship is that her daughters are supportive of them. As per Lorin, they don’t get “too overly involved” as long as their mother is happy. With Venice, she expressed this about Herbert, “Her current partner now, he’s lovely, he’s a nice guy, he suits her really well, and she is ecstatic about him. Of course, I’m very happy for and again… if she’s happy, I’m happy.”
Recently, in a post, Ruffa appears to be more relaxed and more open now as she shared some of their sweet moments together. The post is for his birthday, and in the caption, she wrote, “One day late but the most unforgettable moments don’t make it to social media. Happy birthday, HERBERT CONSTANTINE MACLANG BAUTISTA!”
In the video, the clips included moments during a date, watching an NBA game together, and the time when he visited her in her house and played with her dog.

According to Ruffa, it all started in 2020 when they worked together in “The House Arrest Of Us,” and as per Lorin, there was a “really strong connection” between them. He was also the one to encourage her to go back to school.
