Here’s what Sharon Cuneta said about the victory of her husband, Kiko Pangilinan.
Megastar Sharon Cuneta expressed her gratitude to the people who believed and supported Kiko Pangilinan in Halalan 2025.
Halalan 2025, or the midterm election, will soon end, and the people will soon be led by the people they voted for. In the senatorial race, Senator Christopher “Bong” Go is taking the lead with 26,476,787 votes as of this writing.
Also in the lead are Bam Aquino and Kiko Pangilinan, a win that, for them, did not come easily, for in surveys, they often trail behind administration-backed candidates. Aquino did not leave the second place, which was the same as Pangilinan in the 5th place.
In an Instagram post, Pangilinan’s wife, Megastar Sharon Cuneta, expressed her gratitude to those who supported and believed in her husband.
“Maraming, maraming salamat po sa inyong mga nagtiwala, naniniwala, sumusuporta, nangampanya, nagtyaga sa hirap, init at pagod, nagdasal, at bumoto kay Kiko kahapon,” she said.
The Megastar then went on speaking to the trolls who tried to bring him down. She expressed that their attempts failed miserably, as her husband is among the leads of the senatorial race.
She also congratulated Aquino, who placed second in the Senate race’s partial, unofficial results. Cuneta said, “God is good and faithful to those who love and serve Him and our people!!! God bless you!!! We love you, BAM.”
In an interview with Karen Davila on Tuesday morning, Pangilinan shared that his wife was surprised by the result, but they are thankful and extremely happy.
