Blooms did not like what Paulo Avelino did
Kapamilya actor Paulo Avelino was slammed by Blooms, the fandom of the Nation’s Girl Group BINI, for posting an apology parody.
To recall, BINI, specifically the three members, Jhoanna, Stacey, and Colet, issued an apology to the public after they were criticized for their viral controversial video with GAT’s Ethan David and Shawn Castro.
The video showed an action that did not sit well with many people and the statement by BINI members about a certain “Ashley” which for some was inappropriate. With this, the three members were called out to apologize as they received a massive amount of bashing since they were known for their women empowerment advocacy.
BINI, led by Jhoanna and the two other concerned members, apologized and acknowledged their mistakes. They also stressed that they are taking full responsibility for what happened in the leaked video. Ethan and Shawn also released an apology statement.
Different comments, points of view, and reactions were shared online regarding this issue. Some took BINI’s side and defended them while some continued to criticize them, even those who claimed they were Blooms.
However, some took this as an opportunity to share a funny remark, like a parody. A social media post used BINI’s logo and the structure of its apology statement but the content was about an online game called Grand Theft Auto. The content of the letter from the game’s creator Rockstar Games was an announcement of the release and an apology that it was delayed.
Paulo Avelino shared the apology parody on his Instagram Story which had the BINI logo and the names of the members below. This did not sit well with many Blooms.
