Andi Eigenmann Rides into the Finals: 6th Place Win at Queen of the Point Surfing Showdown

ANDI EIGENMANN – Celebrity mom Andi Eigenmann impressed fans and fellow surfers alike as she clinched 6th place at the Queen of the Point competition in Siargao.

Andi Eigenmann reaffirmed her passion for the ocean, not just as someone who enjoys the beach, but as a dedicated surfer, by earning 6th place at the Queen of the Point surfing competition in Siargao over the weekend. The event, exclusively for women longboarders, took place at the famous Cloud 9 surf spot and drew talented female surfers from across the Philippines and around the globe.

On May 6, Eigenmann shared her joy and gratitude on Instagram, posting photos of her riding the waves and celebrating afterward. “Stoooked! Made my first ever finals at Queen of the Point — Cloud 9! Placed 6th! Yiiw! Grateful beyond words to share the lineup with such powerful, inspiring women both from Siargao and from other parts of the world,” she wrote.

The former actress, who left showbiz to embrace a peaceful life in Siargao, emphasized how meaningful the experience was, calling it a tribute to unity, resilience, and the elegance of women’s surfing.

She also extended heartfelt thanks to her partner, pro surfer Philmar Alipayo, and their daughter, Lilo, for being her pillars of support. She praised Alipayo for stepping into multiple roles during the event—from driver and surf coach to photographer, cheerleader, and more.

Surfing is clearly a family affair. Last year, their daughter Lilo drew attention for becoming the youngest participant in a local surfing competition in Siargao, showing just how much the sport is part of their lives.

This latest accomplishment highlights Eigenmann’s dedication not only to surfing, but also to family and living life on her own terms—embracing every wave that comes her way.
