Proud Mom Went Viral Over Unique Outfit During Child’s Graduation
A proud mom is receiving love and support online after wearing a unique outfit to her child’s graduation.
Recently, Bernadeth Flores Cutas, a Facebook user, shared her unforgettable appearance at her child’s graduation (April 14, 2025). The post immediately spread like wildfire on socila media and elicited comments online.
In the video, she confidently walked into the graduation venue wearing a stunning white halter neck dress. Her presence and joyful spirit caught the attention of many internet users.
While some people thought her outfit wasn’t suitable for the event, many came to her defense. They felt she had every right to dress up, especially since her children were receiving awards.
“Hindi ko po talaga akalaing mag-viral ‘yong video. Tungkol po sa suot kong damit, confident ko pong pinili ‘yon kasi mabilis lang po siya ibaba at may anak pa po akong dumedede,” Cutas said.
Influencers, vloggers, and even known personalities like Dr. Carl Balita and fashion designer Jojo Bragais offered to sponsor her next outfit. Even online personality Senyora cheered her on, calling her look beautiful.
In another video, Bernadeth calmly addressed both the praise and criticism. She explained that she chose the dress because it was easy to wear and practical for her as a breastfeeding mom. She also shared that she made the effort because she was proud to stand beside her award-winning kids.
“Nag-effort po akong mag-prepare dahil proud po akong samahan ang anak ko —may award po sila,” she added.
The proud emphasized that she bought the dress herself, didn’t harm anyone, and holds no anger toward those who judged her. One of her simple wishes is to get a new cellphone for her family, as all four of them currently share just one.
