Kyline Alcantara and Kobe caught netizens’ attention because of their deleted photos
Actor Benjie Paras reacted to the rumored breakup of his son, basketball player Kobe Paras, with Kapuso actress Kyline Alcantara.
Kobe confirmed in November 2023 that she and Kyline started dating. Just recently, speculations surfaced that Kyline and Kobe are no longer together. Netizens started to ask online if they had broken up since Kobe’s photos with Kyline on his Instagram page were deleted.
This speculation about the status of their relationship received various reactions online. Some were surprised, while some said that they saw it coming.
In line with this issue, PEP entertainment writer Gorgy Rula asked Kobe Paras’s dad, Benjie Paras, if the breakup issue was true. The former basketball player said that there is no truth to the breakup issue.
“Sila pa rin,” Benjie replied to the entertainment writer’s message with a smiling face emoji.
When asked why Kobe and Kyline removed their photos on social media, “Hehehe. Ewan ko sa kanila. Magkasama lang kami, nag-inuman pa, e,” Benjie answered.
Rula also shared that he also asked someone from Kyline’s camp and he got the same answer. “Okay naman daw ang dalawa, kaya nagtataka raw sila, bakit may mga ganoong isyung tila pilit silang pinaghihiwalay,” the entertainment writer shared.
It is known to many that Kyline Alcantara had a quite controversial breakup with her ex-boyfriend, actor-host Mavy Legaspi. Netizens had various reactions to this. Some criticized Mavy, while for some, Kyline was at fault.
Kobe, on the other hand, was with Erika Poturnak, the daughter of actress Ina Raymundo. Their relationship ended in March 2023. Speculations surfaced that they got back together in June 2023. Photos of them in Siargao surfaced on social media at that time.
