Priscilla Meirelles Shuts the Door on Rekindling W/ John Estrada
PRISCILLA MEIRELLES – Former beauty queen Priscilla Meirelles has officially ended all hope for a reunion with John Estrada.
Priscilla Meirelles has firmly put an end to speculations of rekindling her relationship with estranged husband John Estrada, declaring in a recent interview, “The book is closed.”
In a candid conversation on Karen Davila’s vlog, the former Miss Earth 2004 opened up about her current outlook and the personal changes she’s embracing—including her decision to finally move on from her marriage to the veteran actor. Despite the separation, Meirelles remains appreciative of Estrada’s role in their daughter’s life, calling him a responsible father and reliable provider.
“I have no regrets,” Meirelles shared. “We had a wonderful life despite the roller-coaster. I do have high regards for him and I do respect him as the father of my daughter, and I’m grateful that he is a good provider.”
Still, she was honest about the emotional disconnect that led to their split. “He always says that he loves me so much and I believe he does in his own way,” she said. “The issue is that he does not love me the way I deserve to be loved. That’s the issue.”
“I do believe that he tries his best, the problem is his best is not what I need.”
While she continues to cherish the memories they shared, Meirelles made it clear that she is not waiting for a reconciliation. “I know that he has high hopes that maybe one day the way I feel changes. I don’t think so because I’m the type of person that once I step out of the room, I’m gone,” she said.

The couple tied the knot in 2011 and welcomed their daughter, Anechka, in 2012. Talks of marital issues began surfacing last year, with Estrada revealing on social media that they had mutually agreed to take a break. Meirelles, however, countered this with a statement expressing her shock and disappointment over Estrada’s announcement.
Now, with clarity and grace, Meirelles is focused on the future—one where she moves forward independently, carrying respect for Estrada, but no intentions of reigniting their past.
