Jojo Mendrez revealed this about Mark Herras
The collaboration between actor Mark Herras and businessman-singer Jojo Mendrez ended, and allegedly this happened.
Mark and Jojo caught the attention of the online community after photos and videos of them taken at the Okada Hotel circulated on social media. Inevitably, malicious comments and speculations surfaced about the reason why they were together.
However, both of them clarified that it was just for a collaboration as Mark was helping Jojo promote his rendition of the Pinoy classic song Somewhere In My Past. The actor even surprised Jojo during a press conference that garnered teasing from the members of the media.
Just recently, Jojo Mendrez was spotted with actor Rainier Castillo, the StarStruck batchmate of Mark Herras. Rainier also surprised Jojo during the promotional event for his new song Nandito Lang Ako.
In a recent interview, based on the article in Pilipino Star Ngayon, Jojo’s manager, David Bhowie, revealed that Mark borrowed money from the businessman-singer.
It was said that Jojo is not angry with Mark instead, the businessman-singer pities the actor. However, Jojo is affected by what Mark does to him. The actor was absent when they were supposed to be presenters together at the Star Awards.
It was said that the actor said that he would just go to the restroom, but he did not return. Allegedly, it was just Mark’s manager who said to them that an emergency had happened at his house.
Because of this, Jojo felt offended. Then, Rainier Castillo came into the scenario because he was just near the Dolphy Theater at that time, and he was the one who accompanied Jojo.

Jojo’s camp also stressed that it was just purely a collab and every work that Mark did, he had “honorarium.” It was said that the actor was “mabait” at first, but his attitude changed as time went by, especially when Jojo and Rainier became a trending topic.
“Anyway, settled na diumano ang nasabing honorarium ni Mark pero may nahiram diumano itong humigit kumulang sa P1 million,” the entertainment writer shared.
Jojo Mendrez empathized with Mark Herras when the actor said that he needed money. However, the businessman-singer has no plan to collaborate with the actor again. As of this writing, Mark has not spoken yet about Jojo’s revelation.
