For the celebration of International Women’s Month this March, Glaiza de Castro shared her advice to her fellow women, based on the article in The Philippine Star.

Her advice is something extraordinary. “Don’t ever feel guilty if you have mood swings,” she said. Many women are not new when it comes to the perception regarding mood swings, but Glaiza encourages her fellow women to embrace them.

“I think it’s important for us to have an outlet, whether that’s exercise or shopping or watching TV,” she added. For her, the best thing to do is to turn the negative into something positive.

When it comes to self-care, Glaiza shared that she invested more in her skin. The actress is more focused on skincare and skin preparations before doing makeup. She stressed that this is important because it is the skin’s protection. Glaiza also highlighted the importance of sunblock as part of her summer essentials to protect her skin, as well as the good effect of keeping herself hydrated. She also mentioned having colorful outfits.

Meanwhile, Glaiza de Castro is currently promoting her new movie Sinagtala with Arci Munoz, Rhian Ramos, Rayver Cruz, and Matt Lozano. The movie is about the story of friends who are in a band called Sinagtala.
