Famous personality David Licauco revealed how much he has earned as an actor and owner of several businesses.
Having multiple sources of income is important for various reasons. It creates financial stability and security, increased earnings, emergency preparedness, financial freedom, more opportunities, inflation protection, and many others.
For Kapuso actor David Licauco, his income comes from several sources. One, from the restaurants he owns, and second, in his career as an actor. As among the most famous actors of the current time, he surely earns well.
Licauco owns Sóbra Café (with branches in Molito Lifestyle Center in Alabang and Opus Mall in Quezon City) and Kuya Korea (with branches in Araneta City in Cubao, SM City Clark, and a soon-to-open location in SM City Manila).
In an interview, he was asked by a famous vlogger about his career. Being in the industries of entertainment and food and beverage, he was able to roll out his money and grow it through investments. He started being an actor in 2017, and he started his food business in 2019.
When it comes to investing, he admitted to being reckless, but it comes with calculated risks. He was also asked how much he was able to earn in a year in both being a businessman and an actor and according to him, the amount was playing around Php 50 million.
He said, “Reckless ako when it comes to investing. I think I’m in a stage of my life where calculated risk.”

David most recently starred in GMA Prime series “Pulang Araw” and was also well-loved as Ginoong Fidel of Maria Clara at Ibarra. He will make an acting comeback in the film “Samahan ng mga Makasalanan” which will hit Philippine cinemas on April 19.
