Olympics Champ Carlos Yulo Gives Advice to the Young Ones
CARLOS YULO – The Paris Olympics double gold medalist gave an advice for the youth who also want to be successful in life.
Countless Filipino youth was inspired by the Olympic wins of Carlos. He did not only bagged one (1) but two (2) gold medals for the Philippines during the 2024 Paris Olympics. His victory has contributed big in the country being the best-performing Southeast Asian country in last year’s Olympics event.
Following the honor that the gymnast has given the country, there was an outpour of cash rewards, incentives, and gifts for Carlos Yulo. His double gold win in the 2024 Paris Olympics has turned him into a multi-millionaire.
Apart from the cash gifts, Carlos was gift a brand new Tiggo 7 Pro SUV by Chery Auto, a lifetime free buffet from Vikings, a condo from Megaworld worth P32 million, a house and lot in Batangas, from Century Properties, and a Toyota Land Cruiser Prado from Toyota Motors Philippines among others.
The double gold win of Carlos brought him so much fame. Even his family and his love life are now known to the public. It is no secret to the public now that his younger siblings are also into gymnastics.
The Philippine Gymnastics Association even eye to have two (2) Yulos in the 2028 Olympics. They want Caloy and his younger brother, Karl Eldrew, to represent the country in Los Angeles.
Based on a report on Bandera, Carlos Yulo is now back on training and he really wants to make it to the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics . According to the Paris Olympics double gold medalist, he still has a lot of training camps to attend and competitions to participate with prior to the next Olympics.
“Marami pa pong mga competitions and training camps na mangyayari sa akin and super excited po sa mai-experience ko this coming 2028,” Caloy said.
Based on the report, Carlos Yulo is generous enough to give an advice for the youth who also wants to be successful in life. He stressed that it is really important to find out what you really want to do and find a deep reason as to why you want to achieve the goal.
“Alamin po talaga natin kung ano ‘yung gusto natin mapa-study, education, sports or work. Kahit isang bagay, pinakamabigat na dahilan kung bakit natin gusto i-achieve ‘yung goal na ‘yun,” he said.
Caloy stressed that there might be a lot of challenges in reaching your goal, thus, there must be a heavier reason as to why you want to achieve the goal. It was only in February when Carlos Yulo turned 25 and he celebrated his birthday with Chloe San Jose, his girlfriend, abroad.
