Regarding the case of Sandro Muhlach, the Court junks the motion filed by Jojo Nones and Dode Cruz.
SANDRO MUHLACH CASE – A Pasay court junked the motion to quash information filed by the two accused GMA executives.
Kapuso actor Sandro Muhlach filed cases against two GMA independent contractors namely Jojo Nones and Dode Cruz. He alleged that they took advantage of him when he passed inside their hotel room. They allegedly took turns on him.
In a previous article, Sandro detailed what happened inside the hotel room. He shared:
“Then, si Dode Cruz po… si Dode Cruz po, tinanggal po yung polo ko. Bigla po niyang… bigla po niyang sinuck yung ni**les ko po. Parehas. Sobrang sakit po. Then… si Sir Jojo po, binaba po yung pantalon ko.”
However, the contractors pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Previously, Pasay Metropolitan Trial Court Branch 46 junked the charge of acts of lasciviousness filed by Muhlach citing it was an overkill. Nones and Cruz’s motion to quash information was granted but as of the latest, this was also junked by Pasay City Metropolitan Trial Court.
In a resolution from Presiding Judge Elmer Joseph Guerzon, it stated: “The defense’s Motion to Quash Information dated 22 January 2025 is DENIED for lack of merit.”
Muhlach was asked to react to this and he was happy about it. According to him, the judge denied the motion to quash because of their delaying tactics. He said, “Idinenay na nga po ni Judge yung motion to quash nila kasi ginagawa na nila [respondents] lahat ng delaying tactics.”
He has always prayed for the case to push through.
As per him, he was able to get back to them through this after the charge of acts of lasciviousness filed by his camp was junked. He also added that he will continue to fight despite the defamation and accusations they throw against him.
“Sino ba naman kasing criminal ang aamin pagdating sa ganitong cases,” he added.
