Mark Herras showed support for Jojo Mendrez
Kapuso actor Mark Herras surprised “Revival King” Jojo Mendrez during the press conference for his contract signing with Star Music.
To recall, Mark and Jojo became controversial after their photos and videos together at the Okada Hotel circulated on social media. Malicious comments were expressed online about them, especially this came after Mark’s viral dance performance at a male entertainment bar.
Jojo has addressed this issue already. He stressed that they were together for a collaboration for his single Somewhere In My Past.

Mark Herras also explained that he was there as a talent. It was because he was paid to do a reaction video and danced to the song that Jojo Mendrez would release.
In a recent press conference for Jojo’s contract signing with Star Music, represented by executives Roxy Liquigan, Jonathan Manalo, and Andie Arellan, the “Revival King” was once again asked about the Kapuso actor, based on the article in Bandera.

Jojo’s answer to this was “No comment.” It was because he said that people would still believe what they wanted to believe despite the explanation that he would give. Then, the singer said that people should just ask Mark about this.
He also said that he has already gone through a lot and his family is already affected by this issue, and the online community has feasted on this already. “So, kumita naman ang marami sa social media, ang mga vloggers, so sa akin, hayaan na lang. Siguro one day, malalaman n’yo rin naman kung ano ang totoo,” Jojo said.
During the press conference, Jojo sang his rendition of Nandito Lang Ako under Star Music composed by Jonathan Manalo. While he was singing, Mark Herras suddenly appeared at the venue and gave him flowers.

The press people were shouting and clapping when that happened, and some shouted, “Ang sweet!” Then, Mark immediately left the venue which meant that the reporters were not able to interview him.
After the song performance, the question and answer session was cut. Jojo’s management released a statement about this. “We sincerely apologize if we cut the program short last night. Due to overwhelming atmosphere, Jojo had to excuse himself because of hyperventilation,” AQUEOUS ENTERTAINMENT explained.
