Iya Villania and Drew Arellano have a new bundle of joy
Kapuso host Iya Villania welcomed her fifth child with her husband Biyahe ni Drew host Drew Arellano.
Iya and Drew tied the knot in 2014. After being together for a decade, their family has grown bigger. Last year, the couple announced that they were expecting their fifth baby who will be added to their big family with their kids Primo, Leon, Alana, and Astro.
That pregnancy announcement garnered funny reactions from the online community, seasoned journalist Mel Tiangco even had a viral funny reaction to this.
In an interview, Iya admitted that she had struggles with her fifth pregnancy because of her age. Her first pregnancy was when she was 31 years old and she is now 38. She also had fears that her body would take it differently because of her age.
On February 11, both Iya Villania and Drew Arellano shared posts on their respective Instagram pages to announce that they are welcoming their new bundle of joy.
On the IG page, the Chika Minute host shared a video showing the cute baby covered with pink cloth and a head cover with a ribbon. Iya included the song What A Wonderful World in her post.
In Drew Arellano’s post, he shared a close-up photo of their newly-born baby. “Anya Love Villania-Arellano. [red heart emoji] February 11, 2025. 10:52 am,” the Kapuso host wrote in the caption of his post.
In the comment section of his post, many celebrities congratulated the couple and they are also welcoming the cute baby. “Ayiiiii…Kilig much at natatawa ako sa inyong dalawa. You guys are so adorable! Will be praying for your recoveries in the coming months. Congratulations!!!” actress Donita Rose commented. Fans of the couple also expressed happiness for them for having their fifth baby.
