Concert King Martin Nievera warned the public against this scam using his name through his recent Instagram post.

Scamming using the names or identities of celebrities is very common. Many celebrities are unaware of these scams sometimes and they are just surprised that people became victims.

In the past, this happened many times already but unfortunately, some people still believe this kind of scam since the names of certain celebrities are being used to fool the public.

In a recent post that Martin Nievera shared on his official Instagram page, he shared an important announcement and it was about a scam using his name.

He revealed that there is an article that was made to appear from the news outlet Inquirer. The fake article claimed that Martin was sharing financial advice.

“There’s a fake article going around claiming to be from Inquirer, but it’s not real. The link is a random., suspicious site,” he shared. The singer warned the public not to click the link because it is a scam.

“I would never discuss money or give financial advice, so please don’t believe anything this fake article says,” he stressed, adding that people should be cautious and report it once they encounter the scam.

Meanwhile, in a recent interview, Martin Nievera shared a memorable incident after his breakup with his ex-wife Concert Queen Pops Fernandez and this involved a nun.

The Concert King shared that he was slapped by a nun in a mall and questioned why he broke up with Pops. This also happened when he had his concert in Cebu and he needed to explain to his audience what happened to him and Pops.

Martin also shared that he and his showbiz contemporary Mr. Pure Energy Gary Valenciano would always have fights over Ultimate Multimedia Star Toni Gonzaga.
