Yassi Pressman is happy to meet a young girl in Cebu
Actress Yassi Pressman did this after she met a young girl in Cebu who was named after her.
Yassi has been in the entertainment industry for many years already. However, her popularity skyrocketed when she became the leading lady of Kapamilya primetime action star Coco Martin in the series Ang Probinsyano.
She became a household name and her character was well-loved by many avid fans of the current longest-running TV series in the Philippines.
Just recently, Yassi Pressman visited Cebu where she met a young girl named Yassi, based on the article in ABS-CBN Entertainment.
In her Instagram post, the actress wrote, “Ako yung na surprise?! [face screaming in fear emoji] yassi meets baby yassi episode 3: isang masaya at nakakagulat na umaga sa carbon market, cebu city! habang namimili (at nagpapa cute! haha) lumapit samin si mommy na may baby yassi.”
The young Yassi is currently in Grade 1 and the actress offered that she will pay for the baby’s expenses for her education next year as a Grade 2 student. This made the baby’s mother so happy.
In the video, she shared that she met other babies named Yassi before and she asked the public where to go next to find another baby Yassi.
Based on the article, last August 2024, Yassi Pressman shared a heartwarming story when she a father who proudly shared with her that he named his daughter Yassi.
The actress shared that she was in commuter mode that day and her Grab driver told her that he named his daughter after her.
Yassi said that she became emotional upon hearing that story. “I cry!! The universe will always have a way of telling you that you are surrounded by so much love and I hope you guys feel that too,” the actress wrote in her social media post.
