Pinoy Big Brother will welcome Kapuso stars
GMA Senior Vice President Annette Gozon-Valdes shared her thoughts after entering the Kapamilya reality show Pinoy Big Brother house.
PBB is one of the highest-rated Kapamilya shows. Through this reality show, doors of opportunity in showbiz opened for many aspiring celebrities. Now, former PBB housemates, especially the big winners, have strongly established their names in the entertainment industry.
This has also given second chances to other celebrities because they are featured in the celebrity edition. Just recently, ABS-CBN announced that the new celebrity edition will soon start.
There is an exciting twist to the show’s upcoming season. It is because the Kapamilya reality show is set to welcome Kapuso stars. “For the first time, PBB opens the doors of the iconic Bahay ni Kuya to welcome GMA Sparkle artists, alongside ABS-CBN’s Star Magic talents,” the Kapamilya network stated.
A celebration was recently held for the 20th anniversary of Pinoy Big Brother which will be shown on GMA also. Kapuso executives joined the celebration for the show that is hosted by former PBB housemates Bianca Gonzalez and Robi Domingo.
Based on the article in Balita, people were amused with what GMA Senior Vice President Annette Gozon-Valdes said when she entered the PBB house for the first time.
“Thank you ABS for welcoming us here in the PBB House. Iba pala ‘yong feeling makapasok sa Bahay ni Kuya, parang ayaw mo na umalis,” the Kapuso executive quipped.
Gozon-Valdes added that it was just a joke and said that this looks so challenging. In a serious tone, the GMA Executive said that she is happy about the success of their network’s past collaborations with ABS-CBN like the series Unbreak My Heart, the movie Hello, Love, Again, and now the Pinoy Big Brother.
