Recently, the Reddit user, under the handle Ok_Atmosphere7609, shared his story of accidentally talking to fellow customers instead of a customer service representative. The post garnered various reactions from the online community.
The user called Converge’s hotline, hoping to get help with an issue, but after waiting for about 10 minutes, someone finally picked up the phone. To his surprise, the person on the other end wasn’t a support agent, but another customer.
The caller thought they had reached a representative and was confused when the other customer mentioned they had no internet connection as well. It quickly became clear that the two were both customers struggling with the same issue.
The conversation went from confusing to funny when a third person joined in, saying they were also experiencing an internet outage. All three customers were now chatting with each other, joking about the strange situation and how they all thought they were speaking with a customer service representative.
