Female TikToker Went Viral After Repairing Her Favorite Bag
A female TikToker went viral after sharing a video about her creative way of saving her favorite bag, which had been damaged by a rat.
Recently, Glendie Arnido, known as @tihana_glee on TikTok, uploaded a video of herself fixing her cherished bag that a rat had chewed on. The post quickly garnered various reactions from netizens.
Arnido, who hails from Dingle, Iloilo, showcased her resourceful and artistic side by repairing the bag with crochet flowers. The creative touch not only covered the damaged parts but also gave the bag a fresh, personalized look.
The female TikToker shared that she decided to fix it instead of buying a new one because of the sentimental value it held.
“I’m very stingy about my things, especially the ones that are… gifted to me. That bag was… given to me by my tita, so I would say it has sentimental value for me,” Arnido said.
The bag, a gift from her aunt, was more than just an accessory for Arnido. It was special to her not only for its emotional value but also because it was practical, spacious, and fit her style perfectly.
Instead of discarding it, she found a way to make it unique while maintaining its functionality.
Arnido’s love for fashion and crafts drove her to take this approach. She believes in fixing her items whenever possible rather than immediately replacing them.
