Erik Santos shared a post with his closest friends in showbiz
King of Pinoy Teleserye Theme Songs Erik Santos celebrated his 22 years of friendship with Popstar Royalty Sarah Geronimo and Broadway star Rachelle Ann Go.
The three popular Pinoy singers were part of Kapamilya Sunday musical variety show ASAP’s “The Champions.” It is a group of singers who came from the biggest singing competitions.
Erik was the champion in Star A Million in 2003. In the same year, Rachelle won the Search for a Star competition. It was in 2002 when Sarah won the Star for a Night.
For many years, they performed together in ASAP together and a strong friendship was forged between them. This did not change after a long time that they had been away from each other, even though Sarah and Rachel are now married women.
In a recent Instagram post that Erik Santos shared, he showcased the reunion he had with Rachelle Ann Go and Sarah Geronimo.
“What a fun night. Natuloy din sa wakas! Saya ng bonding,” he wrote. Erik shared that they did not talk about work. The topics of their conversations were about their lives, their loves, and their body aches as they are now old.
However, he stressed that the friendship with definitely stay between them. “Last night, we also celebrated our 22 years of friendship. Binalikan ang nakaraan, nung nagsisimula pa lang,” the male singer said.
He added that a lot of things have gone by and they went through so many things but they were just laughing about it now.
Erik said that even though they seldom see each other and spend time together, they know that they have each other’s back. “So happy seeing you guys. Love you all!” he said.
Sarah’s husband, Kapuso actor-host Matteo Guidicelli, Rachelle’s husband Martin Spies, and Erik’s sister Hadiyah were also present during the dinner.
