Lolit Solis Reacts to Mark Herras’ Gay Bar Performance

Lolit Solis Shocked & Saddened by Mark Herras’ Gay Bar Performance

LOLIT SOLIS – Veteran showbiz columnist Lolit Solis has reacted strongly to Mark Herras’ recent performance at a gay bar, expressing concern over the impact on his career.

Lolit Solis has voiced her concerns over the recent news that actor Mark Herras performed at a gay bar. This revelation came from a report by Pilipino Star Ngayon’s Salve Asis, where Solis openly shared her thoughts on the matter.

Solis expressed that the incident highlights the current state of Herras’ career, which she believes is far from the heights he once reached. “Syempre naawa. She clarified that she had nothing against gay bar performers, but felt that Herras could have made different choices.

She further advised Herras to reflect on his actions and their potential impact on his personal and professional future. ‘Di ba parang ganu’n?” she said.

Solis also labeled performing in a gay bar as the “lowest point” for someone with Herras’ background and urged him to consider the long-term consequences for his image.

According to the report, the controversy began when columnist Gorgy Rula reported that Herras performed at Apollo Male Entertainment on Roxas Boulevard, where the bar reportedly charged a P500 entry fee for patrons to witness his special appearance. Herras, once famous as a StarStruck winner and known as the “Bad Boy of the Dance Floor,” has seen his career slow down in recent years.

Solis’ comments reflect the views of many in the entertainment industry who remember Herras as a once-prominent figure. Whether this event will mark a significant shift in his career remains to be seen, but Solis’ remarks underscore the challenges celebrities face when balancing personal choices with their public image.
