According to the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), Facturan’s remains from Slovenia may be repatriated within this week.
DFA Undersecretary Eduardo De Vega told GMA, “Possible within the week kasi nakuha na ang autopsy report. Pero hindi po guaranteed.”
With the tragic death of the Pinay, her family was the ones who were deeply pained over the loss. Her mother Vilma, during their interview in TeleRadyo Serbisyo, cried foul as she sought justice over her death.
After their wedding last year, Marvil spent months processing documents to follow him in Slovenia and she was able to on December 22, 2024. However, on December 31, they received a call from authorities about her death.
Later on, after hearing the heartbreaking news, she learned that he daughter’s life ended because of stabbing. She believes that her husband, Mitja Kocjančič, must be jailed instead of being detained in a mental institution.
