Pokwang’s Daughter Ria Mae Reveals Lee O’Brian Tried to Kick Her Out Over Pregnancy
POKWANG – Comedian Pokwang’s daughter, Ria Mae Subong, has revealed that Lee O’Brian allegedly wanted her to leave their home after she became pregnant.
In a recent interview on Fast Talk with Boy Abunda, Ria Mae Subong, the eldest daughter of actress Pokwang, shared details about her strained relationship with Lee O’Brian. She revealed that Lee allegedly wanted her out of the house after she became pregnant, exposing the challenges she faced during a critical period in her life.
Mae expressed her anger towards Lee, particularly over his treatment of her mother. “Nagalit po ako, Tito Boy, syempre,” she said, highlighting her protective instincts toward Pokwang, who had been her unwavering support for 21 years.
Mae recounted a conversation where she urged Lee to take care of her mother, saying, “Ingatan mo yung mama ko kasi for 21 years, kaming dalawa lang.” This heartfelt appeal underscored the strong bond she shares with her mother and her hope that Lee would respect their relationship.
Her hopes, however, were crushed when she discovered that Lee allegedly wanted her to leave the house after learning of her pregnancy. “Nagulat po ako na gusto akong palayasin ng ex niya sa house cause I got pregnant without getting married,” she revealed. This demand left Mae feeling hurt and confused, as she believed she had more right to stay in the home she shared with her mother. “Tsaka between me and him, parang ako yung mas may karapatan na nasa bahay, hindi siya,” she asserted.
