KRISTINE PH – Here’s an update about the tropical storm based on its 11 PM bulletin including areas with tropical cyclone wind signals.
Tropical Storm Kristine with the international name Trami is the Philippines’ 11th tropical cyclone for 2024 and is forecasted to affect the entire Luzon and Visayas and some parts of Mindanao.
Based on the 11 PM bulletin of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) dated October 22, Kristine moves northwestward over the sea east of the Bicol region. At 10 PM, it was spotted at 345 km East Northeast of Daet, Camarines Norte or 475 km East of Infanta, Quezon.
Its maximum sustained winds are at 75 km/h near the center with gustiness of up to 90 km/h and central pressure of 990 hPa.
